Laying the groundwork.   Goal 1:                     Contact numerous professionals and amateurs in the panorama field about the Mission. Request feedback on the content of the Mission and if they would be interested in working with other like-minded people in order to achieve it. IN PROGRESS   Goal 2:                     Evaluate the responses. Determine whether a “critical mass” of interest is present for beginning down the path towards the Mission. If not, process will cease.   Goal 3:                     If a “critical mass” is present, then a date, time and place for a face-to-face meeting of all interested parties will be scheduled.   Goal 4:                     At the meeting, the Mission will be discussed and debated among the attendees. The goal of the meeting will be to assemble a core of committed supporters of the Mission. A second meeting will be scheduled.   Goal 5:                     At the second meeting, the attendees will vote on a Board of Directors. Discussion and debate on the Mission will turn to dialog.   Goal 6:                     The Board of Directors will then meet to draft a Charter, bylaws and protocols for each board position as well as for elected offices. They will also discuss what is necessary to incorporate as a 501-c3 non-profit educational association.   Goal 7:                     After review, the Board will adopt a Charter, bylaws and protocols. The Board will then vote on the elected offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Board will finalize all administrative paperwork for incorporation and registering with the IRS and state taxation authorities.   Goal 8:                       Upon receiving all approvals from the state and federal authorities, the association will have been officially formed. The first official meeting of the association, involving the board, officers and all interested parties, will be scheduled.   Goal 9:                       At the meeting, a dialog will be pursued in order to answer how future goals will be achieved. Committees will be formed. Means of communication to professionals and the general public will be decided. Means of acquiring funding from individual and corporate sources will be proposed and evaluated.   Phase 1:                If all goals have been met, Phase 1 is complete.
